Thank you so much for being the D.J. for our wedding. You handled a complex set up at three locations seamlessly. Your music selections were “spot on” for the crowd and you kept us dancing all night until the last song. It was a perfect night and everyone had a great time!! Thank you so much for making our wedding ceremony and reception at Snooks Bayside such a success. The music you played was exactly what we wanted and we really appreciated that you checked in with us throughout the night to make sure you were still playing the right type of music. I’ve never been to a wedding were the D.J. was such an active participant in the wedding. Your pictures were so fun and I can’t wait to see the video you took. Just wanted to write to you and say thank you for the amazing job you did at our wedding. You were great through the entire experience and I know that our wedding would not have turned out as wonderful as it did without your help! From coming to a meeting a few days before the wedding to make sure that you had all of the details down, to calling us afterward to see how everything was going, you not only made us feel special but you made us feel that our wedding was special to you as well. I can’t explain how important it is for a bride and groom to feel like their wedding is more than just a job you are doing, but an important event to you as well. You definitely gave us that feeling! We would recommend you to anyone that asks (we already have!) and if we ever hold another event in Key West or anywhere (how do you feel about travel?) we will call you!

Jay showed up in a tux, perfectly groomed, just like the wedding party which was thoughtful, appropriate and unexpected. He arrived early and was completely set up and ready to go when the guests began arriving. His volume, clarity, and lighting effects were just right and there were zero technical glitches.

When he acted as the announcer, all names were pronounced correctly. His other master of ceremonies work was very appropriate and clear. He worked very well with me and my daughter, easily adapting to our special requests and direction and the flow of the party.

Several guests mentioned how nice it was that during dinner Jay played appropriate background music, at a much reduced volume. They had been to other weddings where it was difficult to converse at dinner when the music was too loud.

He played just what he was asked to play and adapted to the mood of the party as the night wore on. Importantly, he did not play music he had been asked not to play, despite some entreaties from guests. A testament to the success of his performance was that we extended the dancing by two hours.

You did an awesome job of keeping our guests entertained and on the dance floor. One of my friends said that she didn’t get to eat a piece of cake because she told herself that she would go get a piece when a bad song came on, but she never ended up leaving the dance floor! We thank you so very much for being such a big part of our wedding reception. We knew we had some fun people coming into town for it and only needed some great music to make it a night to remember. You were willing to play our requests and continued to check in with us throughout the night to see if there was anything else that we wanted played. When some of our guests took over the microphone to sing, you went along with it. There wasn’t a boring moment all evening. The night went smoothly and turned out better than we could have ever imagined. Our guests raved about how much fun they had. Thank you for making our special day one that we will look back on for years to come.
